YPM offers weekend guided retreats in beautiful natural settings twice per year. Highlights include yoga, delicious food, guided meditation, massage and delicious healthy prepared meals. In the summer/fall we will also hike, swim, or kayak. In the winter we will cross country ski and snowshoe. These weekends are an amazing way to reconnect to Self, to nature and to make new friends! You leave will feel honoured, relaxed and rejuvenated.
